Tell us a little bit about you and your background. Art class has always been my favorite place in the world! I graduated from SUNY Purchase with a degree in Graphic Design in 2020. I worked as both a TA/tutor and a freelancer in college, exploring everything from tattoo design to university program branding. I was working as a freelancer when I found One River, where I started teaching digital classes part-time. I slowly became more involved in the One River community and am now happy to be part of the full time staff. What attracted you to work at One River School? Read MoreTell us a little bit about your journey as a young and developing artist. I have been drawing and creating art since I could hold a pencil! I started to take it more seriously when I turned 12 though. I wanted to attend One River since some of my friends starting coming here, and I have been here ever since! Which has been your favorite project to work on at One River and why? There have been so many! One that comes to mind was a pen project where I made an octopus with plants/vines coming out of it! From there, I moved to New York, where I’ve been for the last 11 years, to pursue a career in art management and education.
