Tell us a little bit about you and your background. I’m an illustrator, first and foremost! I am a huge fan of all things animation & video games. These long-lived hobbies inspired me to keep creating, and I eventually earned my BFA in Animation and Illustration at Montclair State University. I love creating storylines, designing characters, and making concept art. What attracted you to work at One River School? I’ve enjoyed many non-art-related opportunities working with students via tutoring and volunteer programs in the past. I thought it was a great opportunity, not only to continue working on my biggest passion, but to help foster that love for creation in another generation. Read MoreTell us a little bit about you and your background. Born and raised in New Rochelle, NY, I earned my BFA in Cartooning & Illustration from The School of Visual Arts. After graduation, I worked a variety of freelance art projects before discovering a passion for teaching and classroom management, ultimately returning to my alma mater as an art educator. Sharing my love for visual arts while helping shape young minds proved to be incredibly rewarding. Some time after relocating to Northport, Long Island to start my family, I proudly opened my own art studio.
