Do you ever get that “WOW” feeling when you look at an artwork? It happens on a continuous basis when I visit our schools during their student exhibitions, and I am certain that everyone attending feels the same way!

There’s so many things going on at these events, and I love taking in our students faces as they absorb what they’ve completed, while they also spend time looking at their friends and families for feedback. But I also must tell you that I really lean in hard and study the artworks to see if we are really living up to our promise to create a transformative experience, and every single time I’m blown away by the work of our students and our staff.

I’m so proud of everything on display at our schools right now and I urge you to visit more than once so you could take it all in. The painting above is from a student in Allendale, NJ and it blew me away as did so many others. I love the maturity that went into creating this surreal imagery… It is amazing and just one example of the vibe that is happening across the country at all 15 of our locations.
