Over 20 years ago, I made a massive professional change when I became CEO of School of Rock, which was a young and struggling music education venture at the time. And, in 2012 when I started One River School, I rolled up all my learnings and focused on creating a business whose mission would be to transform art education.

Having had this unique firsthand look at how creative education stimulates our brains and teaches us problem-solving skills, I am fully convinced that creative growth is the X Factor. And not just for kids…for people of all ages…with and without experience.
