Welcome to One River School in Manhasset, NY

This past Saturday, we held the grand opening for our 15^th and newest location in Manhasset, NY and I am so excited. Some things are simply worth waiting for. The origin of our new school in Manhasset, NY was when we signed our lease in 2019, but the pandemic and other factors delayed our construction and grand opening. But we dug in and decided that no matter what, we were going to grind our way to get the doors open.

We have developed a team of passionate art-centric professionals to deliver our services and our facility is unbelievable! Located on Northern Blvd. near the world-famous Miracle Mile, we are thrilled to bring our unique blend of art and design classes for all ages to the community. And, as part of this special moment, our gallery features a group show of some of the coolest drawings surveyed from the last ten years of contemporary art.

One River School Manhasset begins classes today and we are grateful for your support.

Matt Ross

Matt Ross is the Founder of One River School of Art + Design. Since 2012, One River has grown from one location in Englewood, NJ to fifteen schools in six states with a goal to “transform art education” across America. Prior to One River School, Matt was the CEO of School of Rock, where he built the company into the world leader in music education for kids. Prior to his experience with School of Rock, Matt held a variety of management positions in broadcasting, working for diverse media companies such as Clear Channel, CBS and Viacom. He is also active in promoting Autism awareness and supporting emerging artists and is passionate about collecting Contemporary Art with a focus on painting, mixed media and drawing.
