Meet our New Chief Operating Officer Agnes Mauro

It is my greatest honor and privilege to announce that Agnes Mauro has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. It is extremely hard for me to briefly describe the role Agnes has played in the development of One River School. Very simply, her imprint is on every facet of our business and she has been and remains the heart and soul of our company.

Agnes walked in the door when I launched One River in 2012 with a “can do” spirit and a thirst to learn and grow. She was an art history major with a love for studio art and a passion for building things. Very quickly, I realized that Agnes perfectly complemented my strengths and this allowed us to focus on providing the highest quality education and service.

As we celebrate our 10^th anniversary, I can honestly tell you we obsess about improving what we do and welcome all of your input and feedback. Please share directly with Agnes any thoughts or ideas on how we can improve One River School: amauro@oneriverschool.com

Matt Ross

Matt Ross is the Founder of One River School of Art + Design. Since 2012, One River has grown from one location in Englewood, NJ to fifteen schools in six states with a goal to “transform art education” across America. Prior to One River School, Matt was the CEO of School of Rock, where he built the company into the world leader in music education for kids. Prior to his experience with School of Rock, Matt held a variety of management positions in broadcasting, working for diverse media companies such as Clear Channel, CBS and Viacom. He is also active in promoting Autism awareness and supporting emerging artists and is passionate about collecting Contemporary Art with a focus on painting, mixed media and drawing.
