One River School exists because of a commitment Matt Ross has made to the arts: creating meaningful careers for artists, expanding access to high-quality art education, and building a company grounded in purpose. “Grow or Fold” tells the origin story of One River and the values that continue to guide how we operate today.

The gathering on Thursday, February 19th, both for food and drinks and for Matt’s talk at Bergen PAC, was a rare opportunity for us to come together as one organization to support our Founder, reflect on our shared mission, build relationships with people across our network of schools, and learn directly from the experiences that shaped One River into what it is today.
