Throughout the month of June, it is showtime across the One River network!  That means we are installing in our galleries and studios original artwork made by all of our students to celebrate the majesty of art making and the importance of sharing it with the world.

Over the last 10 years, we have learned so much about what it takes to be good art educators: thoughtful lesson plans, compelling educators and, most importantly, motivated students just to name a few items.  This is the time we get to celebrate the fruits of all of our labor, to reflect on what we’ve learned and to reinforce the importance of the creative experience as a fundamental part of our humanity.

Please attend these events and support our students and your community.  It is the first time in over two years that we will be able to enjoy this experience in person and there is nothing like that communal engagement.
