This morning I was driving to a meeting and the traffic was unusually bad…or was it? Perhaps I got used to the lesser congestion over the summer and with schools now fully back in action, it made me think that I needed to reset my calendar and recognize that fall is just a few days away.

Let’s be clear, I love Fall. Yes, it is the end of summer, but Fall and Spring work hand in hand, while summer is the strange anomaly that gets me off my schedule. And, with Fall it is easier for me to stay on task, schedule some cool events like visiting museums and galleries, and work on some new projects that drive my personal and professional growth. This includes taking a new class and revisiting a book project that I started a few years ago.

This Fall at One River School we are welcoming so many new students while we are also reconnecting with some who took the summer off. There are fun and compelling projects that we have created for students of all ages and all levels and there has never been a better time to invest in your creative growth. We also have new exhibitions and events and the balance of 2023 is going to be so exciting.

Let’s all Fall in Place and get back to our routine…and hopefully your routine includes us in your plan. Just budget a couple extra minutes to get here.
