What a Special Exhibition

Every once in a while, I am moved by something that my team and our students are able to accomplish. During the month of October, we gave our teen students in New Jersey a really cool assignment and ten days ago we installed over 100 paintings in the Garden State Plaza! The artwork is a tribute to the contemporary artist Shara Hughes and the experience simply reinforced that we are really fulfilling our mission.

We celebrate artmaking and we teach through the lens of living artists. Along the way we are building an important connection with our community and sometimes what you see is undeniably special.
