Most of our students love to draw or paint but struggle when creating sculptural or 3-D artwork.   Often times, they have a harder time rendering their visual concepts in a three-dimensional form.

So, let me show and tell you more about Jack Hughes.  Over the past few months I have become more intrigued by this guy who rides his bike to One River and digs in like the coolest kid on campus.  Jack is laid back, yet mature and at the same time has this incredible quiet tenacity to create and push himself in a way that you see with the pros.  Check out some of Jack’s most rad recent work…from a bicycle sculpture to a variety of outsider-like mixed media pieces, paintings and drawings.
