This artwork from Cameron Welch is one that I absolutely love. I find it to be optimistic and it provides me with a feeling of hope that is so important to be thinking about as we move into the holidays and wind down this year.

It is my perspective that we all have a level of natural optimism, but some of us have to work harder at tapping into it than others. Just take a minute and reflect on three things that you’re grateful for and three things that you’d like to spend more time doing in the new year. The first step is knowing what you want and the second step is planning to make it happen.
