(Manhasset, NY – August 21, 2023) One River School of Art + Design today announced the opening of its 15th location across the United States and its third on Long Island, located at 1504 Northern Blvd., Manhasset, NY. Classes begin this September and will provide immersive experiences for teens, children, and adults alike. Whether individuals are beginners looking to explore their artistic interests or advanced students aiming to refine their skills, One River School of Art + Design’s classes will provide them with a supportive and enriching environment for growth and artistic development.

Founded by CEO Matt Ross in 2012, One River School of Art + Design has transformed art education by developing a unique project-based curriculum using the lessons learned from the most compelling living artists of today. “Over the last decade, it’s become clear to me that One River School of Art + Design is making a real difference in the communities we serve,” says Ross. “Very simply, we offer fun, captivating, compelling, creative experiences in state-of-the-art facilities that are conveniently located as well as staffed with passionate world-class instructors and associates. With existing locations in Port Jefferson and Woodbury, we are thrilled to add Manhasset as our third school on Long Island.”

One River School of Art + Design's Ribbon Cutting, co-hosted with the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce will be on September 7th at 11am. Light refreshments will be served, and all are welcome.

Its official Grand Opening event will take place on Saturday, September 9th at 11am with all attendees having the opportunity to meet the team, tour the facility, participate in free art workshops, enjoy music and light fare, and learn more about One River School of Art + Design's commitment to providing exceptional art education.
